Honestly might have tasted better before adding the soy sauce and rice wine vinegar.

Method

  1. Add rapeseed oil, shallots, ginger, garlic,sugar, MSG, and chillis to a saucepan and bring to high heat.
  2. Cook for 15 mins
  3. Allow to cool for 15 mins and then add in soy sauce and rice wine vinegar
